employment contract is the only weapon to fight against irresponsible and non compliant company. if you are not satisficed with the decision and management behavior then this employment contract can be the only documents depending on which you can take legal action against your company.
so, at the time of appointment you must have to ensure your employment benefits. because as an employee of a private company your employment contract will decide what types of benefit you will get from the company in return of your service. you can not claim any benefit which is not mentioned in your employment contract.
so, if your company violates or breach any part of your contract then you can file a civil suit against your company in Bangladesh.
