To Become an advocate in Bangladesh You Have To Follow The Following Steps:

Step No. 1: You Must Have To Pass Any LLB Degree/ LLB Honors Program Under The Recognized University of Bangladesh.

Step No. 2: After Completing The LLB Degree/ Or Honors You Have To Register As an Internee Lawyer Or Pupilage Under 10 Years Experienced Senior Lawyer According to The Order Of Bangladesh Bar Council For Period Of 6 Months.

Step No. 3: Bar Council is the Autonomous Body Of Bangladesh. Established By The President Order Of 1976. This Body Organizes The Advocateship Examination Once In Year. After Completing 6 Months Of Internee Under A Senior Lawyer Now You Are Eligible to Attend in the Advocateship Exam.

Step No. 4: You Have Register For The Advocateship Exam After Its Circular. And You Need To Pass Three Different Stage Exam To Enroll As An Advocate. (First Of All You Have To Give MCQ Exam, If You Pass Than Written And Than Viva)

Note of Exam:

If You Pass the MCQ Than Failed On Written Than You Have To Give MCQ Again in upcoming exam

if you pass on MCQ And Written Than Failed On Viva, Than You Have Chance to Give Viva Without Prior MCQ And Written Exam.
